Founded in 1967, Delaware County Community College educates 28,000 students every year, and offers 30 associate degrees, 17 transfer degrees, and 33 certificate programs at its five main locations.

Director of Purchasing

This position oversees and supervises the purchasing department by assuring compliance with applicable regulations, assuring timely and accurate processing of purchase requirements, and directs, supervises, and evaluates members of the business services staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of five years of experience in a higher education purchasing department, and supervisory experience.

Director of Technical Education

This position assists in the development and revision of trade curricula, collects data and prepares periodic course and program assessments, ensures that shop and lab safety practices are followed, and assists in the recruitment, hiring, and supervising of adjunct faculty.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a master’s degree in business or an education-related field, a minimum of five years of job experience in a trade-related discipline, and a minimum of five years of experience in teaching, training, or continuing education.

Telecom and Network Technician

This position maintains and improves the college’s telecommunication systems by installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing telecom systems and devices, performing routine diagnostics and installation of wiring and cabling, and assisting with system upgrades.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree in computer science or network engineering and a minimum of two years of experience with IT Helpdesk, managing networks, or working with telecom equipment.

Enrollment Management Systems Analyst

This position uses MS Access, Oracle Forms, WebFOCUS, Content Management System, SQL, and Document Management System to provide technical support for the registrar and to maintain and develop reports, web forms, and more.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a master’s degree in computer science or a related field, demonstrated technical experience with Banner Student Forms and Tables, and a minimum of three years of programming and analytical experience.
