This position prepares and delivers reports and recommendations that address trouble areas in operating systems across the organization, ensures the compatibility and interoperability of the company’s applications, and provides guidance for junior staff members.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, a minimum of two years of data processing experience in the financial services industry, and experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Financial Advisor (Broomall)

This position conducts member interview, sale, and servicing appointments, performs proactive prospecting activities to bring in new member relationships, and maintains and documents regular client annual review meetings to enhance client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree, valid NASD and state insurance licensing certifications, and a minimum of five years of related experience in the financial planning and sales field.

Member Relationship Advisor II (Springfield)

This position evaluates members’ needs and offers appropriate financial products and services, provides ongoing relationship servicing to maintain member goodwill and gain additional business, and processes personal and vehicle loans with accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess at least two years of college, a minimum of two years of related financial services industry experience, and the demonstrated ability to succeed in a retail environment.

Support Services Associate II (Broomall)

This position serves as a primary reference source to assist departments and branches in resolving discrepancies or procedural problems, summarizes reports and information to facilitate review by supervisors, and serves as the primary trainer within the credit union on department functions.
