Information Security Analyst

This position manages the day-to-day security operational availability, supportability, and sustainability of a 24x7x365 infrastructure, performs risk analysis for corporate functional and technical areas relevant to data security, and identifies and integrates security best practices into networks, system configurations, and implementations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in management information systems, three to five years of information security experience, including project management and security concepts for technology systems, and security certification such as Security+, GCEC, and SSCP.

Client Support Specialist

This position provides phone and e-mail support for the engagement team to increase client adoption and retention, answers service calls regarding eMoney applications, makes outbound support calls, and provides first-level technical support for account connections.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, skill in Microsoft Office and data and trend analysis, and strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills.

UI/UX Designer

This position designs product features for web applications using Photoshop/Illustrator and HTML/CSS, helps push UI and UX standards forward while keeping up on current trends and customer feedback, and collaborates with other designers and developers to ensure delivery of the best possible product.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in design or computer science, a minimum of three years of web application design, and experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Photoshop/Illustrator/Sketch, color theory, typography, and more.

Communications Strategist

This position works with various teams to develop and deliver timely company-related communications, assists in the development and execution of eMoney’s corporate communications calendar, and maintains core messaging and brand standards to ensure consistency across all organizational communications.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, or communications, at least three years of corporate communications experience, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Hubspot, and basic HTML knowledge.
