Marketing Coordinator

This position assists in the development of proposals and related presentation materials; maintains and updates qualifications materials, including project profiles; maintains opportunity, client, staff, and project data in the database system; and contributes content for the corporate website.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, communications, or a related discipline; a minimum of one year of proposal coordination and marketing expertise; experience with DELTEK VISION or other CRM software; and knowledge of the A/E industry and marketing processes.

IT Support Specialist

This position supports day-to-day operations of business software applications; provides first-line support for issues arising from the use of business systems; performs necessary maintenance to ensure that applications are running at high performance; and updates business software applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline; three years of progressive business experience with CRM; one to three years of SQL experience; and basic networking and infrastructure knowledge.

Project Manager

This position acts as project manager for projects that have technology-related services; provides man

agement, oversight, reporting, and accountability for project scope, schedule, and budget; and conducts internal team meetings to confirm progress, review issues, and resolve questions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or information technology; a minimum of seven years of progressive responsibility with project management duties in software development and delivery; and a background in project management, specifically Agile.
