Manager, Mail Services

This position manages the daily mail operations (including processing of incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and related distribution processes), supervises and schedules staff to assure university needs and performance indicators are met, and ensures that high service levels are met daily.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree, knowledge of postal processes and standard package and mail handling procedures, and three to five years of mail operations management experience, preferably in higher education.

Records Analyst

This position creates, enhances, and maintains accurate alumni and various other constituent data using multiple information systems, fixes data errors that are discovered through audits or end users, and makes recommendations for ways to improve data integrity and procedures related to records management.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, previous higher education or nonprofit administrative experience, and previous experience with Cognos and SalesForce.

Client Computing Specialist

This position performs IT support for desktop management projects, serves as a lead technical resource to provide tier-3 support for client computing services, and maintains end point management and client computing services for all faculty, staff, and students.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience, two years of hands-on desktop support technologies, two to five years of experience providing computer support, and the ability to diagnose technical problems.

Facility Manager

This position works, trains, and leads maintenance mechanics and housekeeping personnel in general cleaning and sanitation, preventative maintenance, general repairs, projects, and tasks while exceeding the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a technical degree or a minimum of three to five years of equivalent experience in a technical field, three to five years of supervisory and chief engineer experience, and expert knowledge of facility major mechanical systems.
