This position debugs audio applications by setting up appropriate equalization and tuning for the respective field space, using industry standard software, including Creston and AMX. He/she conducts software simulation and testing both in-house and on-site for quality assurance and software approval purposes. The person thoroughly tests and force-fails all systems for quality-control purposes both in-house and on-site.
The ideal candidate will preferably have certification, knowledge, and understanding of Polycom, Tandberg, Creston, BiAmp, AMX, BSS, and/or ClearOne software. He/she will have experience reading, understanding, and explaining audiovisual engineering system drawings. The person will have experience communicating with I.T. professionals.

Sales Associate – Event Staging
This position works closely with senior account managers to support clientele, and maintains the customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates. He/she prepares sales presentations and campaigns by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials. The person continually updates his/her job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess data entry, Microsoft Office, and administrative writing skills. He/she will have a customer focus, and be able to understand customer needs. The person will be a team player with a keen eye for detail.

Account Manager – Systems Integration
This position conducts business development activities necessary to build a sales pipeline sufficient to achieve sales goals. He/she grows sales and profitability for IMS by prioritizing and capturing significant new national customers and growing revenues with existing customers. The person coordinates and schedules meetings to develop new clients, and manages customer relationships, pre- and post-sale.
The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in opportunity qualification, meeting planning, and account development. He/she will have experience designing and implementing commercial service offerings based on customer needs. The person will have excellent salesmanship, communication, and interpersonal skills.
