Community Employment Specialist (Broomall)

This position will conduct client vocational profiles and other assessments, and counsel clients to best match their employment interests with their skills. He/she will develop and provide job readiness training and job club activities to best promote client interest in employment. The person will assume a lead role in the team development and review of client service plans, and network for, seek out, and develop appropriate employment opportunities that match client interests and skills.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree in Psychology, Human/Social Services, or a related field. He/she should have one year in the field of rehabilitation, preferably vocational.

Help Desk Support – Information Technology

This position will assist the end-user community with computer- and telephone-related questions or issues as it relates to connectivity, functionality, and general use of equipment. He/she will be the first point of contact for the community via telephone and email. The person will diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, and research questions using available information resources.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field, and have at least year of experience problem solving PC-related issues. Strong customer service skills and excellent communication are required.

Program Specialist – Adult Behavioral Health

This position will develop, implement, and document individual programs for mental health consumers in a residential setting. He/she will design and facilitate therapeutic groups, and provide supporting counseling. The person will act as an advocate and represent client needs and rights with outside social service agencies, and plan and implement community schedule. The role will also assist and train consumers in all areas of self-care in order to foster the highest level of independence, which will include all aspects of personal hygiene, shopping, cooking meals, budgeting, laundry, transportation and housekeeping.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have two to three years of supervisory experience in the mental health field. He/she must have the ability to handle multiple priorities and possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
