Senior Financial Analyst

This position plays a key role in the planning, organization, and management of the annual financial planning process, including assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly reforecasts of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow components. He/she prepares and distributes department-specific financial results, as well as scorecards of key financial and operating metrics in a timely manager.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics with accounting-related coursework. An MBA or CPA certification is a plus. He/she will have a minimum of five to six years of experience in financial analysis and business planning. The person will have knowledge and experience with financial reports, financial statements, budgeting, and more.

Privacy Analyst

This position performs detailed internal audits in accordance with established company plans and policy. He/she participates in the daily functional requirements of the company’s compliance program, including periodic review and revision of compliance policies and training materials. The person is responsible for the completion of initial and ongoing monthly exclusion screening for business associates.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a healthcare-related field. Compliance and/or auditing certification is preferred. He/she will have five or more years of experience in a healthcare setting, including one or more years in a leadership position.

Compliance Analyst

This position performs detailed internal audits in accordance with established company plans and policy. He/she analyzes audit findings against applicable compliance standards, organizational policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local laws, statutes, and regulations. The person supports the daily functional requirements of the company’s compliance program.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a healthcare-related field. Compliance and/or auditing certification is preferred. He/she will have five or more years of experience in a healthcare setting, including two or more years in a healthcare leadership position.
