This position generates business through the delivery of interactive presentations to prospective and existing clients, participates in ongoing training camps, and works in outside business development, including retail and event marketing.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree, highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.

Human Resources Compliance Coordinator

This position prepares new vendor installer paperwork to assist with insurance, licensure, and other compliance requirements, and provides ongoing oversight and tracking of compliance requirements for vendor installers.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and a minimum of one year of experience as an HR coordinator.

Field Service Technician

This position understands and follows the homeowner’s contractual agreement, diagnoses installation issues and assesses viable solutions, repairs faulty installations, and ensures OSHA compliance on all installations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in construction management, two to three years of field service experience, and significant experience in the home remodeling industry.

Network Engineer

This position performs lifecycle management of Cisco network infrastructure and network services and manages all network and network operating systems, including VMWare, VLANs, IP Addressing, WAN and LAN services, Network Monitoring, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of relevant experience, CCNP certifications, an understanding of Cisco Nexus 5XXX series, VWare and NetApp Storage experience, and an understanding of LDAP.
