Production Support Engineer

This position researches customer-escalated issues by digging into application and database logs and server configurations within the AWS. He/she interacts with the development teams and business stakeholders to support new projects and features. The person develops scripts and detailed run books for correcting common, repeatable, support tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience in application support/development. He/she will have functional knowledge of JavaScript, Backbone.js, Clojure or LISP, and relational databases such as Postgres and Amazon Redshift. The person will be familiar with Agile Methodology and SDLC.

Quality Assurance Analyst

This position participates in design reviews to identify test strategy and scope. He/she designs test cases to validate usability, functionality, and data integrity. The person develops, executes, and maintains test cases. He/she isolates, reports, and verifies software defects.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. He/she will have a minimum of three years of software testing experience. The person must have experience defining test strategies, test plans, and comprehensive test cases. He/she will have detailed knowledge of the software development life cycle, particularly Agile, Scrum, and XP.

UX/UI Product Owner

This position is responsible for the client portal and user experience strategy and implementation, including the look, feel, usability, and alignment with product and client use case priorities. He/she develops UI strategy for the client portal and translates the strategy into a roadmap, ensuring alignment with product strategy and priorities. The person implements process improvements, including product feedback and data collection, review, and analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, graphic design, computer science, engineering, or related field. He/she will have a minimum of seven to ten years of experience in UX and UI strategy and design. The person will have a strong command of user research, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
