Health and Benefits Local Practice Leader

This position encourages and cultivates enhanced business opportunities with existing and potential clients through representation of the company’s total portfolio of consulting products and services. He/she grows and maintains the company’s health and benefits business. The person leads and grows a talented team of senior and junior consultants through recruiting, mentoring, and coaching.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, though an MBA is a plus. He/she will have an appropriate insurance license in life and health insurance. The person will have a minimum of 15 years of health and benefit consulting and/or leadership.

Retirement Partner

This position is responsible for the overall relationship with, and services delivered to, significant clients. He/she organizes target lists of key prospects with local markets and serves as a trusted point of contact for clients. The person actively mentors, coaches, and develops team members to make the team better and improve the client experience.

The ideal candidate has an exceptional track record in client retention. He/she will have measurably high levels of client satisfaction based on delivering high-quality, high-impact solutions and results. The person will have coached others, and serve as a role model for the company’s values and expected behaviors.

Loss Control Consultant

This position provides input on market selections, meets with client risk transfer partners about placement, and specifies services required from insurers and vendors. He/she actively participates in new construction, expansions, and renovation projects. The person monitors the activity of the property loss prevention service provider, coordinating inspections and special visits upon request.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of experience in loss control and risk control services. He/she will possess a bachelor’s degree or an additional two years of loss control experience. The person will have experience with client/account management, project management, and construction projects.
