Systems Analyst – HR/Payroll

This position manages HR projects and leads implementation teams, interviews end-users to understand and document functional requirements, and participates in the planning, development, and execution of system conversions and updates.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology, HR, or a related discipline, and a minimum of six to eight years of experience in an information technology systems analyst function supporting integrated HR/Payroll applications.

Sr. Financial Analyst

This position reports and analyzes financial and operating metrics, performs financial modeling in support of the business, and creates reporting processes from various functional areas and data sources, including data integration.

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA or a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, a minimum of five to seven years of analyst experience, and experience with Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft Power BI, or other data visualization software.

Counselor/Junior Attorney

This position drafts, negotiates, and reviews commercial contracts in support of business units, provides support to management and sales teams in contract disputes, and develops and drafts contract templates.

The ideal candidate will possess a J.D. from a well-regarded, accredited law school, one to three years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, and current bar membership in a U.S. jurisdiction.

Analyst, Financial Operations

This position serves as subject matter expert for OpenText accounts payable imaging solution, focuses on purchase-to-pay processes that will help streamline processing and reduce manual interaction, and participates in process improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance or a technical/quantitative area, a minimum of four years of experience in financial accounting and analysis, and strong experience with SAP AP, Open Text ICC, Taulia solution, and more.
