Executive Assistant/Construction Administrator

This position will provide key management for the company’s communications, customer service, and administrative functions. He/she will field calls from prospective clients, quickly determine clients’ needs, and provide solutions. The person will maintain project files, and coordinate all aspects of multi-phase, out-of-state projects.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree with supporting practical intelligence. He/she will have a minimum of two years of experience working for a general contractor or in a related field. Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus.

Working Project Manager – Environmental/Construction Services

This position maintains oversight of all day-to-day project work activities and working knowledge of project-related tasks. He/she supervises a crew of environmental workers in clean-up projects involving non-hazardous wastes, including demolition, working in confined space environments, and site construction activities. The person will use a hands-on approach to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience with environmental remediation, project management, or construction-related jobs. He/she will have a clean driving record, and be willing to travel out of state in company vehicles.

Mold and Water Removal Technician

This position performs water damage and mold removal services, including stucco removal and stucco replacement. The company is looking for people at all levels of experience, from entry-level laborers to experienced project managers.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and comprehension of basic construction methods. He/she will have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a willingness to work locally and travel out of state in company vehicles. The person will be physically fit and drug free.
