ATF Floor Instructor

This position teaches and assists clients in completing tasks and activities, plans, organizes, and implements community outings and related daily activities, and oversees the daily care, supervision, safety, and training of assigned individuals.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and good communication skills.

Residential Supervisor

This position supervises and coordinates staff efforts in the execution of individual program plans of residential clients, supervises and monitors expenditures of individuals on a monthly basis, and schedules direct care workers to ensure 24-hour care and supervision of residents.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year of experience in staff supervision, a valid driver’s license, and experience working in the M.R. field.

Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional

This position participates in the intake and admissions process for new individuals, leads the development, implementation, and monitoring of each individual’s program plan, and supervises, monitors, and evaluates services.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, two years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
