Finance Expert – Cash Collections

This position works independently within the relevant collections team and is responsible for the A/R functions of the relevant legal entity. He/she provides guidance and support based on subject matter expertise. However, this is not a management position. While working across standard collections tasks on a defined customer portfolio, he/she will assume responsibility for additional tasks. The person will investigate billing discrepancies and respond to external queries through Dispute Cases.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field, and have at least five years of experience within a finance-related field. He/she should have a customer-focused approach and have strong communication skills on the phone. The person should also have the ability to work in an international environment, and have analytics capabilities.

Management Support Specialist

This position is responsible for the operation of daily office functions and duties, including active and autonomous administrative support to the manager. He/she may perform and/or administer some special projects in collaboration with various staff and departments. This includes managing diary/calendar and e-mails for the Managers on their behalf, potentially also including calls and voicemails. The person will coordinate travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow up, like booking of travel expenses.

The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of related, project management experience. He/she will have demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools, and will have executive presentation experience, both verbal and written communication.

CX Data Analyst

This position will lead the execution of the CXI analysis and reporting function, and will guide survey sample management processes. He/she will interpret CX data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. The person will develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that supplement the core SAP Listens data, and prepare reports, executive scorecards, and reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics. He/she should have five to seven years of working experience as a data analyst, interacting with stakeholders to understand business requirements, developing research solutions, managing research projects, interpreting results, and presenting findings and recommendations to enable action. The person will have knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
