Senior IT Architect for Marketing – Response Handling

Response Handling is the key marketing application to validate incoming responses from multiple channels, determine the next steps, and process the response. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining first class IT solutions within our Customer Engagement & Commerce (SAP CEC) product portfolio. This person will run successful projects by delivering sustainable solutions, leveraging existing and new innovative SAP solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science or a related discipline. He/she will have profound BRF+ knowledge and proven experience. HRF knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory. Advanced programming and debugging skills (ABAP, ABAP OO) are required.

Senior Insurance Risk Specialist

This position will manage and administer global and local property/casualty and technology professional liability insurance programs, including primary and excess policy reviews. He/she will negotiate with international insurance companies and brokers, and supervise and monitor external insurance brokers. The person will also engage in insurance controlling and reporting, premium allocations, and invoicing processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Law, Insurance and Risk Management or a related field. He/she will have a minimum of five to seven years of experience in working in an international insurance environment, either in global industrial firm, insurance company, or broker house. The person will have knowledge of all major property and casualty lines, as well as international insurance program matters, including technology professional liability and/or cyber insurance.

Demo Solutions Expert

This position will lead, drive, and build demo content, working closely with demo build teams globally to demonstrate strong customer focus-understanding and incorporating presales needs in all demo scenarios. Tasks may include portfolio management, creating use cases, value proposition, creating master data, configuring end-to-end scenarios, and coordinating infrastructure requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Computer Science, or a related field. He/she will have at least eight years of professional experience working as an SAP consultant and/or Presales Engineer in Logistics. The person will also have project management experience that includes all project phases (blueprinting/design, implementation, testing, rollout, etc.).
