Mental Health Professional

This position develops, implements, and documents individual programs for all residents. He/she acts as an advocate and represents clients’ needs and rights with outside social service agencies, families, and others. The person conducts intakes, assessments, treatment planning, coordination of community care linkages, and discharge processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a human service field. He/she will have DPW approved Medication Administration Training. The person will have three to five years of mental health direct care experience.

Site Manager

This position is responsible for the overall management of identified community residential service location(s). This includes the orientation and supervision of all assigned staff, medications oversight, medical appointments, food shopping/menu implementation, fire drills, room care, outcomes implementation and documentation, physical site maintenance, and vehicle issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. He/she will have two years of experience in residential programs. Supervisory and/or management experience is a plus.

Technical Service Rep

This position provides intermediate and advanced technical assistance and support to users and fellow technicians, using advanced troubleshooting techniques and comprehensive knowledge of system interactions in the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate’s degree in computer science and/or a related field, or equivalent experience. He/she will preferably have experience with Citrix, Microsoft operating systems, Office suites, anti-virus software, and other PC-related utilities. The person must have advanced knowledge of standard desktop operating systems and office productivity suites, and knowledge of connectivity issues, including network access and login issues.
