Health and Benefits Senior Consultant – Large Markets

This positon is responsible for updating plan designs into proprietary database, and preparing plan design summary exhibits for all lines of coverage. He/she will prepare, correspond, and distribute RFPs to vendors. The person will also prepare marketing results, financial ratings, and disruption analysis for all lines of coverage. The individual will also advise on general health and wealth fare plan compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, and have at least five years of experience in the group health and benefits industry. Strong organizational and project management skills are required, as is a client-service orientation that develops and maintains an understanding of client needs and expectations.

Retirement Actuarial Consultant

This position manages projects, delegates and coaches more junior colleagues, and reviews work for both accuracy and reasonability. He/she has technical leadership on clients, and a significant role in client meetings. The person has the ability to communicate on technical topics with clients, and take ownership of issues. The individual is proactive in initiating and leading discussions, and ensures his/her team follows through.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified actuary (FSA and EA), and have at least five years of defined benefit experience.
