Budget Analyst and Grant Manager

This position assists the Budget Director in a variety of activities associated with the preparation, monitoring, and adjusting of the annual college budgets (including state, sponsor, and internal working). This position maintains a working knowledge and familiarity with the college database system (BANNER) and budget subsystems (Salary Planner and Self-Service Budget Development). The person will be responsible for budget preparation, recording, adjusting, and reporting, as well as position control and payroll and benefit transactions.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with significant software application experience. He/she should have a minimum of three years of budget-related or finance-related experience, as well as three years of supervisory experience. The person should have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

Assistant Director of Campus Life

This position develops and promotes student involvement in programs and activities at the various branch campuses. These programs promote student success through entertainment, social, educational, and recreational activities. Events will enhance co-curricular learning, develop a strong sense of community, and promote student involvement within the College community. He/she will use assessment data to enhance traditional programs and identify new programming opportunities.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Behavioral Science, Communications, or a related field. He/she should have a minimum of one year of applicable experience, in Campus Activities, Student Affairs, and/or New Student Orientation. The person will have excellent interpersonal skills, and must be organized and detail-oriented.
