Coordinator, Stewardship and Donor Relations

This position manages the stewardship of all donors to the university, including processing and acknowledgment of all gifts to the university, maintenance of all scholarship funds, and the implementation and management of the stewardship process. He/she will develop and implement donor relationship and scholarship management plans, and establish a structured, systematic program of stewardship. The person is the primary agent for donor recognition activities for the university.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience with relational databases and reporting tools. He/she should have excellent communication skills and strong organizational, analytic, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and higher education experience are preferred.

Mechanic Tech – Building Systems

This position assists in the routine maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. He/she will assist skilled tradesmen and electricians with repairs and installations. The person will move and transport supplies, materials, furniture, and equipment, and assist with event set-ups and takedowns.

The ideal candidate will have two years of satisfactory work experience. He/she will have familiarity with and the ability to use common hand tools. The person must be able to lift over 75 pounds and must possess a valid driver’s license.

Maintenance Technician, HVAC

This position will repair, maintain, alter, and install heating, ventilating, and air conditioning units and combination heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This includes air delivery equipment, heating and ventilation units, steam absorption systems, and mechanical refrigeration systems. He/she will work on control systems and components associated with HVAC delivery systems and water treatment for various types of closed and open systems. The person will also train and oversee support staff.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in the trade and considerable knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, equipment, occupational hazards, and safety precautions of the trade. The person must also have considerable knowledge of applicable building codes, rules, and regulations.
