Industrial Security Manager
This position manages employees who perform activities in the protection of information for NISP and Special Programs, and ensures that all requirements for the Communication Security program are met. He/she facilitates program security activity to ensure compliance with government and company regulations. The person oversees subcontractor activities, and develops and executes project and process plans.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and eight or more years of related work experience. He/she will have five or more years of experience working with the National Industrial Security Procedures and Operations Manual, NISP, and Special Access programs. The person preferably will have five or more years of experience in a leadership role.

This position participates in and applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative systems engineering approach to plan, design, develop, and verify rotorcraft system/subsystem and equipment design that satisfies design requirements. He/she leads aircraft scheduled maintenance analysis and optimization activities, including the development and updating of scheduled maintenance task libraries. The person leads and performs a wide variety of reliability and maintainability predictions and analyses.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and nine years of experience. He/she will have four years of experience creating and using complex spreadsheets, performing Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analyses, and supporting the development of equipment reliability or maintainability assessments. The person will have four years of experience working on fixed wing or rotorcraft aviation platforms.
