Director of Conference Services

This position develops relationships with national and local associations and businesses specializing in conferencing, teaching, and professional development; develops and hosts educational programs and professional conferences; and supervises the general condition and care of buildings and facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of full-time work experience in providing conference services or a related field; hospitality, conference, and event management experience; and budget formulation and pertinent financial management skills.

Program Coordinator, Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

This position coordinates and plans supports for a full range of special programs and events, including workshops, training programs, and webinars; manages the Underrepresented Presidential Scholarship selection process; and maintains the office’s social media presence.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a minimum of two years of experience in higher education as a coordinator or related position; competency in managing intercultural conversations; and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Assistant Director, University Advancement Communication

This position develops and implements communication strategies to effectively promote university fundraising programs; develops and directs procedural and quality control for major gift proposal work flow; and establishes excellence and consistency among all UA communication materials.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline; a minimum of five years of professional major gift proposal writing in a university advancement environment; and strategic communications experience on multiple platforms.
