The United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey recently honored several corporate partners, volunteers, and donors at its annual Delaware County Community Awards Celebration at the Springfield Country Club.

“As we get ready to move forward and embark on a new chapter of our work together here in Delaware County, it is nice to take a moment to celebrate the wonderful achievements of our campaign partners, community advocates, and volunteers,” said Jim Cawley, President and CEO of United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.

“We are much stronger together than we could ever be separately.”

The event brought together multiple honorees for their outstanding contributions to the 2015-16 United Way campaign efforts in Delaware County. This year’s award winners were:

  • Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County – Speakers Bureau Award
