Area Claims Manager
This position is responsible for professional and general liability claim management. He/she maintains an active case load of 80-90 files and over $10 million in total incurred dollars, primarily funded through the Trinity Assurance Limited program. The person reviews all reported incidents and responds to asserted demands for compensation and summons and complaints (lawsuits). This position will retain counsel, assess damages, set reserves, and determine resolution/trial strategy. He/she is also responsible for payment of defense costs, including attorney billings, as well as other necessary costs of litigation.
The ideal candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, and have five to ten years of experience managing professional liability claims in the East area. A law degree is preferred.

Information Security Analyst
This position provides knowledge and skills in managing the administration of information security services under general guidance. He/she assists and supports the Enterprise Information Security (EIS) Directors and Regional Health Ministry (RHM) Information Security Managers in ensuring all projects and services meet Trinity Health Information Security and regulatory standards while delivering business requirements. The person establishes and operates information security reporting procedures to validate that security controls remain in place.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have a minimum of three years of progressive experience in Information Services, including one year in information security. He/she must possess a general understanding of enterprise security best practices relating to implementing and managing enterprise security solutions.

Senior Financial Analyst
This position reports to the Service Coordinator in fulfilling all Decision Support activities for assigned RHMs. Activities include supporting the operation and maintenance of the Decision Support System on an on-going basis, working closely with the RHMs to ensure data loaded per the established schedule, and carefully validating and errors. This individual performs complex analyses and trends of clinical and financial data.
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or another business-related field. He/she should have three to four years of hospital/healthcare financial experience, and experience with decision support systems. The person should have knowledge of financial statements and Managed Care terms.
