HeadRoom in Media, Wayne Offers Unique Office Environment

HeadRoom Managing Partner Dan Lievens
Dan Lievens, one of the founders and managing partners at HeadRoom, wants to create an environment where like-minded people can help each other grow and collaborate on ideas.

For John Tooher and Dan Lievens, managing partners at HeadRoom, an office is not only about physical space, according to a feature in the first edition of Greater Philadelphia Business magazine.

The pair wants to create an environment for like-minded people who can help each other grow and collaborate on ideas. They are facilitating this with a three-column support structure of space, strategy, and collaboration.

For space, HeadRoom, which has a location in Media and Wayne, offers office and conference rooms 24/7 for 50 hours a month with a phone answering service.

For strategy, Lievens’s two decades of experience with early stage businesses and Tooher’s background in strategic planning are always available as a resource.

Finally, for collaboration, the open work areas are designed to create an environment that encourages free-flowing ideas and diverse opinions.

While the company does offer offices with doors and windows and conference rooms, the primary goal is still to get its clients talking to each other.

“There is a sense of belonging, of being in it together,” said Lievens. “It truly is more about creating a safe environment for businesses to lean on each other and grow.”
