Front-End Developer

This position requires cross-browser and mobile web development experience, and fluency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. He/she should have a history of supporting the expanding universe of mobile devices and browsers. The person will create, deliver, and enhance a world-class user experience. Candidates must be intellectually curious, self-driven, highly motivated, passionate, and productive.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing interactive, Ajax-based applications with one or more major JavaScript libraries. He/she should have experience creating great user experiences, and have working knowledge of Web Application Performance and optimization strategies. The person should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a team environment.

Quality Assurance Analyst

This position will participate in design reviews to identify test strategy and scope, and design test cases to validate usability, functionality, and data integrity. He/she will develop, execute, and maintain test cases, and isolate, report, and verify software defects.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering, and have at least three years of experience in software testing. He/she should have experience defining test strategies, test plans, and comprehensive test cases, and have detailed knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, particularly Agile, Scrum, and XP. Deductive reasoning skills are necessary for this position, so as to determine the cause of issues.

Technical Project Manager

This position will work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to ensure that the company delivers the highest quality products, features, and functionality in a timely and efficient manner. He/she will develop and manage detailed project schedules, identify risks in project schedules and communicate them to stakeholders, and work with the Product Manager to define tasks. The person will also organize and lead sprint meetings and the allocation of tasks, and ensure quality of deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of project management experience, including two years of experience working in an Agile environment. Experience with technical planning, specification work, software releases, and QA is required. He/she should have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
