Claims Developer II

This position represents claimants in Social Security cases pending at the initial and appeal levels until/unless a hearing is scheduled. He/she has authority, granted by claimant, to act on the claimant’s behalf in all matters relating to the Social Security claim. The person interprets Social Security statutes and regulations and applies the applicable law to facts of each case. The individual will also analyze existing medical evidence, and determine if additional medical records and/or source statements are necessary, and requests said records and statements from the appropriate medical providers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of direct Social Security experience. He/she must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, verbal communication, and customer relations skills are necessary.

Referral Intake Senior Specialist

This position will support referral processing, including data entry, case registration, case assignment, triage, and client job queue monitoring for all new case management business. He/she will provide exceptional service to clients by appropriately handling incoming calls, researching problems, answering questions, providing information, and forwarding messages as needed. The person processes referrals accurately and efficiently within established productivity guidelines and timeframes utilizing all tools and resources available.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of work experience in a line operations environment. He/she must be comfortable working with multiple system applications/tools simultaneously. The person must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and must be detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive in research and problem solving.

Benefits Assistant

This position is responsible for the administration of employee health benefit plans, including the integrated disability management plans and workers’ compensation program. He/she provides guidance and assistance to employees and management regarding policies, practices, and procedures relative to the Company’s benefits program. The person is also responsible for processing Reward and Recognition Programs such as Length of Service, Tuition Reimbursement, and Perfect Attendance.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources, and have at least one to three years of relevant experience. Experience working within a Human Resources Department or Benefit Administration is required. He/she should have the ability to set priorities, be organized, and show attention to detail.
