For the second year in a row, Chester-based Power Home Remodeling Group is in the Top 10 of Fortune’s 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials, writes Alison Burdo for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Power came in sixth this year, losing its top spot from last year, but still ranked higher than any other company in the region.

According to Fortune, close to 86 percent of the approximately 1,500 employees working for the private home remodeling company are millennials.

When talking about the advantages of Power Home’s working environment, company employees cited the “positive environment” that allows time off when they need it, which in turn pushes them to be “the best versions of themselves.”

This year, the top spot went to the New York marketing company Elite SEM.

To compile the final list, Fortune’s research partners surveyed more than 88,000 millennials, which is anyone born after 1981, across more than 600 companies.
