Client Project Manager

This position will serve as an implementation specialist, and as the primary contact for Relay’s expanding network of corporate clients. He/she will transition relationships from the sales phase, and execute programs that exceed client expectations. The person will serve as the primary “face” of Relay, and will “own” the ongoing client relationship. Responsibilities include execution of the full lifecycle project management process, understanding and driving the overall solution architecture, developing integration requirements, and deploying the solution (as specified in the contract).

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of project management experience, leading clients and engagement teams. He/she should have strong knowledge of business processes (operations background is most helpful). The person should be extremely comfortable interfacing with executives at all levels.

Healthcare Product Manager

This position will work extremely closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure that Relay builds and delivers the highest quality products, features, and functionality in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include ideating with the Executive, Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams, and collecting, defining, and organizing product requirements. He/she will transform raw ideas into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, and design flows and storyboards that are elegant in their simplicity.

The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of product management experience within healthcare space. He/she should have a demonstrated capacity to develop and understand business strategy. The person should also have a proven ability to translate vision into work product.

Senior Sales Executive

This position will take a consultative, conversational, and diagnostic approach to the sales process on a fast-growing team. He/she will create, identify, and close sales accounts by interfacing with key C-level executives, acting as a consultant and liaison in the initial stages of the relationship and building strong business cases with prospective clients. The overall goal is to drive sales to exceed revenue objectives and advance strategic sales direction by selling and closing new business.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in an outside sales team, ideally with an emphasis in a consultative sales capacity. He/she will have a consistent track record of signing new clients and demonstrated history of exceeding quota. Proven experience evaluating sound business opportunities and closing new accounts is required.
