Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist

This position reviews medical records to facilitate clinical documentation that accurately reflects the patient’s severity of illness and episode of care, works with physicians and care extenders to ensure accuracy, and performs coding as needed.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing, current Pennsylvania RN licensure, a minimum of three years of acute care nursing experience, and recent adult inpatient hospital experience.

Case Manager

This position facilitates patients’ plans of care with an emphasis on discharge plans, helps decrease the fragmentation of hospital services, and supports quality care delivery to reduce the length of patients’ stays.

The ideal candidate will possess a current Pennsylvania RN license, case management experience, knowledge of InterQual, and experience serving all ages of patients, from pediatric to geriatric.
