If you are a commercial, industrial, or residential broker or developer, you won’t want to miss the Riverfront Alliance of Delaware County’s Developer’s Forum on Wednesday.

For only $20, from 8:30-11:30 AM at the Event Center of Harrah’s Chester Casino and Racetrack, you will have an exclusive opportunity to learn about the exciting development opportunities along the Delaware County waterfront.

Speakers will include Dennis Davin, Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, and J. Patrick Killian, Delaware County Commerce Center Director.

Other municipal and business leaders will also showcase available properties, financing options, and visions for growth.

“Dennis will discuss what resources the state has available for development, and Pat will talk about the county’s vision for the waterfront,” said Mike McGee, the executive director of the Riverfront Alliance. “We’re hoping between 50 and 75 people register.

“We even have Dr. Jerry Parker [president of Delaware County Community College] coming to speak about some workforce development issues that are tied to the community.”
