The web app, StrategicStatements.com, offers a video-led process that invites business owners to dig into their purpose and answer key questions. The app then formulates the responses into “a cohesive sentence that fully describes your business and mission,” or as the website puts it: “an inspiring holistic plan to transform an organization to better equip it to succeed in a changing business environment.”

To put it all together, Omne also weaved credit card validation, membership validation and payment management into the Infusionsoft platform.

“We needed something pretty complex and pretty powerful,” Lievens said. “Although it wasn’t something they had done before, Omne had the skill set to learn it, and they had the vision to take that on. We have in the past worked with people overseas quite a bit including Indonesia and South America. The real selling point with Omne is being able to pick up the phone and have high-level development conversations. It’s those types of conversations and relationships that you don’t get with the offshoring expertise.”
