Mental Health Associate Director

This position will have oversight of all aspects of daily operations for adult mental health consumers, provision of appropriate positive programming, and approval of all behavioral support plans and crisis interventions. He/she will communicate with families, advocates, state and county reps, social service, and treatment agencies. The person will also design and provide clinical in-services to staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree and have five years of experience within a mental health field and two years of supervisory experience. He/she should have knowledge and experience in clinical-program design, including individual and group therapy, vocational assessment, and development and implementation of behavioral strategies. Working knowledge of fiscal management is required.

Technology Analyst

This position will be a mix of requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, configuration, and quality assurance, and is responsible for documenting requirements and formal specifications that clearly outline the requirements elicited from business users. He/she will work closely with development manager and project manager to develop, test, and deploy solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus. He/she will have knowledge of business needs and requirements assessment techniques. The person will also have experience creating test strategy, and executing user acceptance testing and other test plans.

Program Specialist

This position is responsible for ensuring that the services provided in the CRS program adhere to applicable regulations and that the services which are provided meet the needs of the individuals and are provided according to the Individual Support Plan. He/she will complete required documentation, assess individual needs, coordinate and secure services, train and supervise staff and individuals, attend and lead meetings, and communicate effectively with all team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have two years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel computer programs is preferred, as is at least one year of supervisory experience. The person should have the ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
