Leadership Academy
Leadership Academy is a collaborative venture of Pennsylvania Children and Youth Administrators, the PA Department of Human Services, and the University of Pittsburgh’s Child Welfare Resource Center.
It offers high‑quality management and leadership training, elective workshops, guidance exchanges, and a voluntary certificate program for county youth administrators.
