PGA of America’s VendorMatch program has selected 10 local businesses that will contribute products and services to the upcoming 2026 PGA Championship at the Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Delaware County businesses chosen as subcontractors include staffing company Monarch Staffing in Springfield, event production and design firm Affairs To Be Remembered in Broomall, and H B Electric Service based in Media, which will provide electrical services with global power company Aggreko.
Also making the cut from Delaware County is Fat Cow Jerky.
The tournament runs May 11 through 17 and is expected to generate more than $125 million in economic impact.
Other local firms in the mix include Kennett Square ice cream shop Hangry Bear Creamery and Philadelphia-based Dre’s Water Ice and Ice Cream.
Western Pennsylvania business Gosia’s Pierogies will offer snack options. Malvern’s The Ice Butler will provide dry ice and cooling solutions for the tournament. Regional firm Lessen the Loads will have laundry services, and Philadelphia-based BeauMonde Originals will provide photography and video services.
Additional vendors could still be added leading up to the event.
The Championship is expected to draw 200,000 spectators to Aronimink Golf Club over seven days
