Delaware County will celebrate the third annual Delco Gives on May 6–7, 2026. Hosted by The Foundation for Delaware County, this countywide day of giving brings together more than 250 nonprofits. Nonprofit registration remains open until April 17.
Delco Gives is a powerful opportunity to support the nonprofits that serve and strengthen Delaware County every day.
Last year, more than 11,000 donors raised nearly $2.3 million for 306 nonprofits.
This year’s event will conclude with a family-friendly celebration of Delco’s community spirit and generosity at the WSFS Bank Sportsplex from 5 to 8:30 PM on Thursday, May 7. The community is invited to join the festivities.
The celebration will feature family-friendly activities, including games, kids’ activities, face painting, music from Go Go Gadget, food trucks, beer and wine, and more.
FOX29’s Jason Martinez will serve as emcee, and the Foundation will announce the final Delco Gives fundraising total at 7:30 p.m.
“Delco Gives is about our community coming together and going All In for Delco,” said Michael Kellerman, president at The Foundation for Delaware County. “Every donation supports the nonprofits working every day to care for families, expand opportunity, and strengthen Delaware County. Donors can support nonprofits directly, Go All In for all participating nonprofits, or both. The closing celebration is a chance for us all to come together and recognize the incredible impact made possible by our nonprofit partners and generous donors.”
In addition to donating, community members can also support Delco Gives by volunteering. Volunteers help make the celebration possible and play an important role in creating a welcoming and festive experience for nonprofit partners, donors, and families across the county. What is Delco Gives?
Through an online giving platform, Delco Gives encourages the community to explore and support a diverse range of nonprofits serving Delaware County. Participating organizations range from those focused on the arts, education, and health care to causes supporting animals, veterans, the environment, seniors, and more. Profiles of participating nonprofits are available at delcogives.org.
In 2025, the median donation was just $30, proving that every gift counts. All proceeds go directly to participating nonprofits. Each donation will also be eligible for bonus funding from the Foundation and generous sponsors, helping every contribution go further.
Bonus funds are awarded based on the number of donors supporting an organization—not the size of the donation—ensuring that broad community participation drives impact. Additional cash prizes sponsored by local businesses will also be awarded throughout May 6–7, 2026.
Local Businesses Step Up for Delco Gives
Delco Gives reflects the generosity and heart of our community—and local businesses are stepping up in a big way. From bonus funding to cash prizes, their support helps amplify every donation.
Leading the charge is presenting sponsor Power Home Remodeling (POWER), which will kick off the closing celebration with a flag football tournament at the WSFS Bank Sportsplex.
Additional sponsors include:
Aqua, an Essential Utilities Company; Bank of America; The Boeing Company; Brinker Simpson & Company; Citadel Credit Union; Comcast NBCUniversal; Corient; Delaware County Interactive Gaming Revenue Authority (DCIGRA); Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union; The Haverford Trust Company; Independence Blue Cross; National Realty; PECO; Sharon Bank; State Farm – Ed Hanway; Team Toyota of Glen Mills; Visit Delco; Wawa; Wilbur C. and Betty Lea Henderson Foundation; WSFS Cares Foundation; and more.
