Tax Lien Relationship Manager — Commercial Banking
This position will develop, expand, and retain commercial relationships that will enable the Structured Finance Division to achieve or exceed its financial and non-financial goals and objectives. He/she will ensure that assigned Structured Finance assets and liabilities are properly accounted for, serviced, and protected from loss or impairment in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, bank policies, and sound banking practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 7-10 years of commercial banking experience. He/she will have demonstrated knowledge of commercial lending practices, compliance issues, and underwriting skills with a strong understanding of traditional tax lien financing. The person will also have strong interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication skills.

Senior SBA Portfolio Manager
This position will ensure all Service Level Agreements, regulatory compliance requirements, and bank’s credit risk profiles and profitability are monitored and maintained. He/she will manage collections of past due loan payments, lapsing insurance, past due property taxes, document exceptions, and other loan issues. The person will prepare loan modifications and servicing action requests for approval and obtain and review legal documents, ensuring renewals and modifications are properly documented.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and 5-10 years of banking experience. He/she will have extensive knowledge of and experience with credit policies and procedures, as well as prior experience working within an SBA lending team. The person also demonstrates the ability to coach, lead, and motivate.

Loan Boarding Specialist
This position will onboard all new and modified loans to the appropriate core loan accounting system and review all executed loan documents and approvals to ensure timely funding of all new and modified loans. He/she is responsible for accurate posting of all loan fees to loan accounting system and for reviewing and setting up all loan specific collateral and insurance records in the proper loan accounting system.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in an operations, accounting, or finance role. He/she will have to ability to analyze multiple pieces of data and formulate a sound conclusion. The person will also have strong work habits, attention to detail, and the ability to work on a team.
