Assistant Director of Nursing
Freedom Village at Brandywine is recruiting for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with a starting salary of $95,000. The Assistant Director of Nursing is an RN who is responsible for the overall supervision of nursing care in the Health Center.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of the ADON:
- Supervises direct nursing care in the Health Center.
- Administers direct nursing care when more than routine care is indicated.
- Makes routine rounds to assure proper care and a safe, clean resident environment.
- Assures accuracy and completeness of medical records.
- Coordinates, conducts, and documents the MDS, resident care plans, and conferences in the absence of the MDS nurse.
- Supervises nursing personnel on all shifts. Participates in staffing, scheduling, counseling, orientation, and evaluation of nursing staff.
- Assists with the orientation of nursing personnel.
- Participates in family/resident counseling.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Valid PA Registered Nurse License.
- Previous supervisory experience.

Human Resources Generalist
Freedom Village is recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist, starting at $25 to $30 an hour, depending on experience.
This role is responsible for recruiting new employees and providing the full Human Resources function to all current employees. They are the first face someone sees when visiting the Freedom Village community.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Human Resources Generalist:
- Recruiting, including identifying and attending off-site events and other opportunities.
- On-board new hires, including paperwork, certification/licensure verification, etc.
- Orientation presentation.
- Payroll processing.
- Assist in Employee Relations activities.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Degree or coursework in Human Resources strongly preferred.
- Human Resources/Recruiting experience.

Plant Operations Technician
Freedom Village at Brandywine is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Plant Operations Technician to join its team.
The Plant Operations Technician (Maintenance) is responsible for the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate, and efficient maintenance.
This will be accomplished through the performance of simple tasks that require the application of general maintenance and repair techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
The Maintenance Tech serves as a member of the Maintenance team that is responsible for the physical condition of all buildings on campus. This Full-Time position will require a rotating weekend on-call phone.
