Nonprofits Invited to Apply for 2026 Partners in Giving Grants

The Community’s Foundation and The Foundation for Delaware County have announced the 2026 Partners in Giving competitive grantmaking cycle.

The Community’s Foundation (TCF) and The Foundation for Delaware County (the Foundation) have announced the 2026 Partners in Giving competitive grantmaking cycle, a collaborative funding initiative designed to better support nonprofits serving Delaware County.

For the 2026 Partners in Giving Grant cycle, funding will be considered for organizations focused on community development, health, hospice and home care, supportive services for cancer survivors, and youth development.

The application opens on January 15, 2026, and is due on February 19, 2026. Questions from nonprofits may be directed to Mischico Warren at The Foundation for Delaware County or Claire Baker with TCF.

TCF and the Foundation are working side-by-side to identify opportunities where joint action can yield greater results.

This includes shared tools that make grant applications more accessible, coordinated timelines that reduce administrative burden for grantee partners, or aligned funding priorities that direct resources toward the community’s highest needs.

Through this shared approach, the two foundations aim to reduce duplication, improve access to resources, and create a more seamless funding experience.

This collaborative approach fosters stronger relationships between the two foundations and the nonprofit sector, builds a shared understanding of local challenges and opportunities, and reinforces a joint commitment to equitable, high-impact philanthropy in Delaware County.

This spirit of partnership is reflected in specific initiatives that make it easier for nonprofits to engage with both foundations and focus more of their energy on delivering impact.

By aligning processes, sharing expertise, and coordinating opportunities, nonprofits can more easily navigate support systems, strengthen organizational capacity, and maximize collective community impact.
