Pennsylvania is the number one iGaming market in the U.S., and the only state to achieve $300 million of online gaming revenue in two consecutive months, writes Corey Sharp for Play Pennsylvania.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported that Pennsylvania iGaming operators generated $304.4 million in revenue in November, above $300 million for the second straight month.
In 2025, Pennsylvania’s iGaming revenue surpassed $3 billion.
In Delaware County, Harrah’s Philadelphia in Chester saw $16,891,109 in total online revenue for November 2025. Harrah’s was the fourth-highest online revenue-generating casino in Pennsylvania for November 2025.
Online slot revenue for the casino brought in the most, at $14,410,341. Online table games generated $1,954,780, while online poker saw $525,988 in revenue.
The casino also generated $3,552,597 in promotional revenue and collected $6,257,726 in taxes.
Harrah’s was topped in November by Rivers Philadelphia, in third place, with $45,976,429, and Valley Forge Casino, at $92,105,206.
Hollywood Penn National emerged on top, generating $113,241,090 in November 2024.
Overall, there was a slight slowdown in online revenue for Pennsylvania casinos in November, compared to the previous month, with the exception of Golden Nugget and bet365.
