There’s a new director for the 2026 PGA Championship tournament, scheduled May 11-17 at Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square.
The PGA of America has named Jackie Endsley as Championship Director.

She replaces Ryan Ogle, who announced last week he was stepping down as director.
Endsley has been a Championship director for six PGA of America major championships, including the 2020 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship that took place at Aronimink, according to a PGA of America press release.
“Returning to Aronimink and joining this outstanding team at such a pivotal moment is an incredible opportunity,” said Endsley, a native of Kohler, Wisconsin.
“As we ramp up preparations for Championship week, our focus remains unchanged: delivering an unforgettable experience for players, spectators, and the entire community.”
She is now in her ninth year with the PGA of America and most recently served as Championship Director for the 2025 Senior PGA Championship hosted at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland.
“We are especially excited for Jackie to lead our talented onsite team and continue the fantastic momentum surrounding the 2026 PGA Championship,” said David Charles, PGA of America Senior Director of Championships. “This Championship has received exceptional support from the Club, as well as from local business and community leaders, putting our planning efforts in a great place for a successful week in May.
He noted that Endsley’s extensive experience in leading Major Championships, along with her familiarity with Aronimink, will be instrumental in staging the 108th PGA Championship.
“Aronimink Golf Club is ecstatic for the opportunity to work alongside Jackie once again,” said Michael Lewers, General Chair for the 2026 PGA Championship. “Championship planning remains in full force as we enter the final months before welcoming men’s major championship golf back to the Philadelphia area for the first time in over a decade. We are grateful for the incredible support received from this community and look forward to a special week at Aronimink in May.”
Endsley oversaw five KPMG Women’s PGA Championships in 2018, 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024 and will continue leading the planning of the 2027 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and 2030 PGA Championship to be played at Congressional.
Prior to joining the PGA of America in 2017, Endsley spent time at the NCAA, where she worked in Championships & Alliances, Corporate Relations, and managed key accounts such as Reese’s, Infiniti, Northwestern Mutual, LG, and Unilever.
Prior to the NCAA, she held roles with the 2015 U.S. Women’s Open, Kohler Company, Kemper Sports, and the Milwaukee Bucks.
Aronimink Golf Club, established in 1896 and relocated to Newtown Square in 1928, is a historic Donald Ross-designed course known for its championship pedigree.
It is the first venue to host all three of the PGA of America’s rotating major championships: the PGA Championship, Senior PGA Championship, and KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. It is recognized as one of Golf Digest’s Top 100 Greatest Courses.
