First Bucks County CAVA to Open Later This Month at Village at Newtown

CAVA, the fast casual Mediterranean restaurant chain will open its first Bucks County location later this month at the Village at Newtown.

Mediterranean fast casual restaurant chain CAVA is set to open its first Bucks County location later this month at the Village at Newtown on Eagle Road, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.

Known for its Mediterranean-inspired bowls, pitas, dips and dressings, the newest eatery in the area will open its doors to patrons on Dec. 19.

“Our mission is to bring heart, health, and humanity to food, and everything we do at CAVA is grounded in that spirit of generosity, to our guests, our team members, and our community,” said Ron Shuler, CAVA’s regional director. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to be in Newtown and continue to grow our presence in the area.”

On opening day, CAVA will provide free meals to its new neighbors and collect donations for a local cause, which it will match up to $1,000. Funds raised during CAVA’s Newtown Community Day event will benefit the Family Service Association of Bucks County.

With 38 indoor seats and 17 outdoor seats, the new restaurant will operate two shifts with about 20 employees per shift. This will be the chain’s tenth Pennsylvania location.
