From savory to floral to sweet, the online products offer the health benefits of local goldenrod and wildflower honeys and herbal infusions.
Owner Lanise Middleton started her business in 2019 with a homemade honey concoction for her daughter’s cold.
She evolved the blend into her best-selling Bee Well Honey. It’s a honey infused with turmeric, lemon, ginger, elderberry, and other immune-supporting herbs, spices, and roots.
The blend was a hit during the pandemic and still sells well.
Middleton organizes her products by collection in the Herb Fuzion online store. There are Comfy Cozy products that are warming and gently spiced, like cinnamon honey, vanilla, and sweet potato with butter.
Honey sauces provide sweet-hot flavors like jalapeno garlic, chili mango, and aged bourbon.
Tea in a Bottle honeys and Bee Well honeys complete the Wellness Collection.
There are also seasonal flavors, other honey products, and beeswax candles.,
Middleton is also the author of The Honey Book, a cookbook using the Herb Fusion products.
