With the arrival of fall comes an irresistible urge for some apple cider, whether hot, chilled, or spiked from your favorite orchard or store.

Linvilla Orchards in Media remains a Delaware County favorite. After picking fruit off the trees in the Linvilla orchards, seek out the farm shop for a hot cup of Linvilla’s cider, or grab some to take home.
Wolff’s Apple House and Weaver’s Orchard Cider in Media ships its cider around the Main Line, but you can pick some up at Wolff’s Apple House in Media. Wolff’s is a great place for autumn sensations with plenty of fresh apples and farm products available.
For alcoholic ciders, Grace Winery in Glen Mills ups the stakes with its Two Donkeys Cider, a newer Grace Winery addition named for the winery’s two resident donkeys, Momma and Rosa.
Grace Winery uses locally-sourced Chester County apples: Pomme Gris, Ashamed Kernel, Kingston Black, Gold Rush, Winesap, and Smith’s Cider, balancing slightly sweet and slightly tart.
