Gloria Sports & Spirits, a restaurant and sports bar, is coming to the Shops at Valley Square in Warrington this summer, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.
The family-oriented joint will be situated in the former Bar Louie space in the shopping center. The owners invested over a million dollars in redeveloping the restaurant with the help of a hired architect.
“The footprint of that location will not change. They are investing a substantial amount of money in improvements, mostly aesthetics. The bar location will not change,” said liquor license attorney Ed McHugh.
The restaurant’s menu consists of American-style cuisine featuring a European twist. The bar will offer a selection of wine, beer and cocktails.
Chef Brad Daniels, known for his work at Tresini in Ambler, will be running the kitchen.
Gloria Sports & Spirits will have 150 indoor seats, along with a 60-seat bar and a 60-seat outdoor section.
The space will include an indoor golf simulator where customers can practice teeing off or try playing major golf courses. Virtual bocce, baseball and bowling will also be available.
The restaurant will be open from 10 AM to 11 PM on weekdays and 10 AM to 12 AM on weekends.
