A 2-acre Aronimink Golf Club mansion in Newtown Square is for sale at $2.899 million, just in time for the 2026 PGA Tournament.
The 10,000 square-foot home sits just off the 4th hole fairway of the Donald Ross-designed course, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Aronimink is hosting the 2026 PGA Championship in May 2026, with an estimated 200,000 attendees.
The home was built in 2006 and features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a saltwater pool, with views of the course.
“The views, every single room has incredible views,” said listing agent Karen Strid of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach. “The whole house is really focused on the back and there are so many big, gorgeous windows, so it looks like a painting out of every window.”
A line of trees protects the house from errant shots.

The home is owned by Kurt and Suzanne Gallo, according to Delaware County property records.
The current owners are not members of Aronimink. Most of the interest in the house so far has been from non-members, Strid said.
But non-golfers could rent the house for a large sum during the Championship or serve as a host for parties, Strid suggested.
