Rothman Orthopaedics, a nationally renowned leader in orthopedic care for more than 50 years, is expanding its footprint in the region with the opening of a new office at the Navy Yard in South Philadelphia.
The new location — 1 Crescent Drive, Suite 401 — will begin seeing patients on June 30.
This move reflects Rothman’s ongoing mission to provide high-quality, compassionate, and accessible care. The final clinic day at the previous South Philadelphia location in the NovaCare Complex was June 25. This transition brings enhanced services, more space, and improved access for patients in and around the city.

Known for its specialized approach to orthopedic medicine, Rothman’s new Navy Yard office will host three to four providers daily, offering expert care in Hip, Knee, Foot and Ankle, Hand and Wrist, Shoulder and Elbow, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Non-Surgical Sports Medicine. The office includes 13 exam rooms and provides X-rays, orthotics and bracing, hand therapy, and physical therapy services.
In keeping with Rothman’s commitment to innovation and patient-focused care, physical therapy has its own dedicated space on the second floor, while the orthopedic clinic will operate on the fourth floor. This design ensures a seamless and efficient experience for patients receiving treatment and rehabilitation.
The new location also offers ample parking, including street parking and a lot directly behind the building, where a handicap-accessible entrance is available.
Importantly, Rothman’s new office remains in close proximity to Citizens Bank Park, continuing its role as the official orthopedic partner of the Philadelphia Phillies. This enduring partnership exemplifies Rothman’s reputation as the trusted name in orthopedic care for both elite athletes and everyday patients.
The opening of this Navy Yard facility follows Rothman’s recent move of its Center City office, which relocated to 33 South Ninth Street, 12th Floor, Suite 1220. Both moves are part of a larger initiative to modernize facilities and improve patient experience across the region.
