A nearly naked Jason Kelce tattoo, wearing an Eagles codpiece, has generated some laughs and some comments from Kelce and his family on an episode of New Heights after the post went viral on social media, writes Ariel Simpson for The Philadelphia Inquirer.
The Haverford resident, former Philadelphia Eagles center, and future Hall of Famer, discovered the tattoo was the result of a lost bet for 42-year-old Lauren Matarese-Philpott, a New York Giants fan.
She had the tattoo done on her arm by artist Joe Moreira after losing a bet to her husband, a South Philly Eagles fan.
The tattoo made its way around X and was reposted by Kelce with a caption reading “I’m not sure if I should be offended or flattered.”
“That is a hell of a payoff,” Kelce said. “Like, she has to walk around with that for the rest of her life…I guess it’s not that bad.”
Jason’s father, Ed, piped in during the broadcast.
“No, no. Did somebody actually do that?” he asked. “Immediate reaction. [Expletive] looney. What else can I say? I saw that on social media, and that’s cringeworthy.”
