Child Guidance Resource Centers Welcomes Lisa Roberts Cadorette as New CEO

Lisa Roberts Cadorette boasts more than 35 years of nonprofit leadership experience.

Child Guidance Resource Centers (CGRC), a leading nonprofit provider of behavioral and mental health services for children and families across the Greater Philadelphia region, has appointed Lisa Roberts Cadorette as its new President and CEO.

Cadorette brings more than 35 years of nonprofit leadership experience, specifically within healthcare and higher education settings. A lifelong resident of Delaware County and graduate of Neumann University, she possesses a master’s degree in education with a concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorders, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and Evidence-Based Practice. She’s also a Registered Nurse and a former officer in the U.S. Air Force Nurse Corps.

Cadorette’s deep professional expertise is matched by her strong commitment to the community. A mother of four grown children, she has served on several nonprofit boards, including the Neumann University Alumni Association, Delaware County Press Club, Providence Animal Center, DelGo Community Transit, and (most recently) the CGRC Board of Directors.

“A results-proven and mission-driven executive, Lisa has a demonstrated track record of identifying growth opportunities, implementing effective strategic initiatives, and leading high-performing teams with passion and purpose,” said R. Gregory Scott, Chair of the CGRC Board of Directors. “Her leadership will be instrumental in continuing CGRC’s unwavering commitment to inspiring hope and promoting mental well-being for every child and family we serve.”

“I am incredibly honored to lead CGRC at this pivotal time,” said Cadorette. “Having served on the board, I’ve witnessed firsthand the extraordinary impact of this organization and the commitment to Child Guidance’s mission from our employees. I’m committed to building on that legacy and working with our dedicated team to expand services, innovate care, and strengthen partnerships that help children and families thrive.”

Cadorette’s appointment signals a dynamic new chapter for CGRC as the agency continues to strengthen its programs and deepen its impact across the region.
