The Delaware County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a “State of the City of Chester” event with Chester Mayor Stefan Roots on June 12, 8 to 10 AM, at Widener University’s Latham Hall, 1301 Potter Street in Chester.

Business owners and community leaders will hear directly from Mayor Roots about the developments shaping Chester’s future.
